Refund policy
We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement. There are considerations as to whether a product can be approved for return or not:
✅ Refundable
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the coffee arrives damaged or the packaging is compromised.
- Wrong Item Sent: If the product received is not what you ordered.
- Expired Products: If the product received is past its expiration date.
❌ Non-refundable
- Opened or used coffee bags.
- Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer.
- Shipping costs (these are non-refundable).
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Reporting Issues (How to request a resolution)
To qualify for a refund or replacement under the exceptions listed above, you must:
- Contact us our team within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number.
- Provide photographic evidence of the damaged, incorrect, or expired item.
If approved, we will offer a replacement, or a refund to the original method of payment.
