Yolan Tirta is an award-winning farm from Sulawesi that has earned a place in the Top 10 of Cup of Excellence Indonesia. This year marks our first collaboration with this incredible farm, and we’re truly grateful to begin this journey together.
This coffee comes from their farm in Angin Angin, located in the Enrekang region. Enrekang is known for its highland landscapes, cool climate, and fertile soil, creating an ideal environment for slow cherry maturation and refined flavor development. Coffees from this region often show clarity, elegance, and vibrant acidity.
This lot is a Mossto Natural processed coffee using a single variety, S 795. In the cup, you can expect a very clean and delicate natural profile with a vibrant, juicy expression. Notes of orange, lychee, and sugarcane stand out beautifully, making this coffee bright, expressive, and quietly elegant.
