Grown in the highlands, this region is known for its fertile soil, high elevation, and steady climate, allowing the cherries to develop clarity, sweetness, and a vibrant character.
This lot features a Bourbon selection, known as Aruzi. It carries the classic qualities of Bourbon, with a profile that feels bright, elegant, and expressive when carefully processed.
When we first cupped this coffee, we immediately fell in love.
It’s a bright and juicy washed Bourbon, with notes that remind us of lemon candy, kiwi, and honey florals.
