Graciano Cruz, founder of HIU Coffee Farms, is one of Panama’s pioneering producers whose Geisha and varietals consistently earn recognition at the Best of Panama auctions.
A true coffee polymath, Graciano has spent decades refining his craft across his high-altitude, organically managed estates—Los Lajones and Emporio in Boquete, Chiriquí—while sharing knowledge with producers worldwide.
In the 2024 Best of Panama, Los Lajones Bambú placed 11th in the Geisha Natural category, adding to a long list of accolades that include Los Lajones Eliah Sweet (3rd, 2022) and Emporio Varietal (2nd) and Emporio Geisha Natural (10th, 2021)—solidifying Graciano’s legacy among Panama’s coffee luminaries.
Through this traditional processes, Graciano has able to preserve the delicate and floral characteristics of the Geisha, resulting in a floral quality with cherry candy-like and stone fruit fruitiness. A true expression of a Natural Geisha from Panama.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
