Topidi is one of the areas in Enrekang that our dear producing partner, Bang Yolan, takes care of. In this area, he plants only Typica, a varietal known for its elegance and gentle sweetness.
This coffee truly surprised us, and honestly, it might be one of the best local coffees we’ve tasted this year. What makes it even more special is that all of this comes from a classic natural process.
In the cup, it tastes beautifully sweet, with notes of sweet orange and red grapes. What fascinated us most is the lingering floral aftertaste that stays so gracefully in the cup. The aroma is so expressive that, for a moment, we almost thought we had mixed it up with an Ethiopian coffee...
