We’re happy to share this beautiful coffee from Buku Abel Coffee, located in Guji, Ethiopia. Buku Abel is known for its careful work at both farm and washing station level, focusing on quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
The coffee grows at elevations of around 1,900–2,000 meters above sea level, where cool temperatures and slow cherry maturation help develop clarity and aromatic complexity. This lot is processed using the washed process, allowing the origin and varietal character to shine with precision and elegance.
In the cup, you’ll find a clean and delicate profile with notes of Earl Grey, Tangerine, and a gentle Dark Honey sweetness. Bright, refined, and quietly expressive, a classic washed Ethiopian coffee meant to be enjoyed slowly.
