Ethiopia Guji Urabeast - Full Washed
One of our selections this year features an Ethiopian coffee from the Guji region.
Located in the southern part of Ethiopia, Guji is known for its high elevations, often reaching above 1,800–2,200 masl, rich red soil, and a climate that allows coffee cherries to mature slowly. Many of the coffees here are grown by smallholder farmers, often in garden-style farms, where coffee grows alongside other plants. This combination of altitude, soil, and traditional farming practices gives Guji coffees their signature balance of sweetness, clarity, and layered aromatics.
This lot is a fully washed process, highlighting a clean and structured cup.
In the cup, it’s sweet and comforting, reminding us of red apple and honey. In the finish, you’ll find soft notes of jasmine and black tea, adding a gentle floral touch and a refined, lingering finish.
