Excelsa Wonosalam - Mossto Lactic Natural
This Excelsa comes from Wonosalam, sourced from Sumber Wandhe Estate. We began working with Sumber Wandhe last year, and since then we’ve become big fans of their processing approach, especially their Excelsa.
Sumber Wandhe is an East Java–based coffee processor dedicated to Excelsa and Liberica, and this year they introduced an experimental method called Mossto Lactic Natural. The process combines mossto from Arabica cherries with lactic bacteria to ferment their Excelsa, creating deeper sweetness and a uniquely layered profile.
The result? An incredibly sweet Excelsa that instantly reminds us of wintermelon tea.

To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
