Flores Uwu Limited Lot 519 - Lot Hana - Dark Room Natural
Finally, Tuang Coffee is back in our line up.
They’ve been our partner for the past 5 years, and a very special one for us. This coffee comes from Uwu Village, one of the first villages we worked with when we started sourcing from them, making this lot feel even more meaningful.
This is a limited lot no. 519, and we’ve secured the remaining quantity of this coffee. This year, they introduced a new drying protocol using a dark room, resulting in a cleaner and more refined cup.
In the cup, it reminds us of our early experience with Kamala Flores. It’s sweet, with a dominant purple spectrum that brings notes of grapes and black forest. For us, this is a beautiful expression of Flores, shaped by its terroir and the character of Kartika II.
A familiar coffee that still feels new, and always special to us.
