Ijen Lestari has been one of our dearest producer friends since the early days of Hana Roastery. This is our first year working together without our beloved Kang Dandy. While it feels different, we truly believe this year marks a fresh start and a new chapter for Ijen Lestari. We’re here to support them, not only as partners, but as friends in the industry.
This year, we were excited to explore a new processing approach developed by the team, and we chose to work with their Mossto Natural process. In this method, natural fermentation is enhanced using mossto, a liquid derived from coffee cherry juice, allowing fermentation to develop more complexity while staying controlled and balanced. The goal is to lift sweetness and fruit expression without losing cleanliness.
The result is a coffee that feels vibrant and comforting at the same time. In the cup, you’re welcomed with red berry notes, followed by sweet banana and caramel, finishing with a gentle sweet chocolate aftertaste. Fruity, sweet, and expressive, a beautiful reflection of care, trust, and a shared journey forward.

To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while Express shipping arrives within 2–3 business days. Please note that for deliveries outside of Java, the estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
