Indragiri Driva Coffee - Dark Room Natural
Introducing one of our newest producing partners, Driva Coffee.
Based in Indragiri, West Java, Driva Coffee works closely with local farmers with a strong focus on careful cherry selection, thoughtful processing, and continuously improving the quality of their coffees.
We were so impressed with their coffees this year that we decided to bring in more than three different lots from them. One of them is this Dark Room Natural, a special lot they prepared exclusively for Hana Roastery.
What we love about this coffee is how it retains the beautiful floral character we found in their Classic Washed, while the Dark Room Natural process brings a deeper fruit expression and stone-fruit-like sweetness.
In the cup, expect a sweet and clean profile of orange and red cherry, complemented by a delicate floral finish.
Expressive enough to be exciting, yet clean and delicate enough to keep you coming back for another cup.

To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
