Janson Coffee Farm is a family-run estate in Volcán, Chiriquí, Panama, founded by Swedish immigrant Carl Axel Janson in 1926. Today, the Janson family cultivates high-altitude Arabica varieties like Geisha, Catuai, Caturra, and Pacamara at 1,350–1,700 masl across their Los Alpes and Las Lagunas farms. Known for award-winning lots in the Best of Panama competition, they process coffees using both washed and natural methods with a strong focus on sustainability—solar energy, reforestation, and chemical-free farming. Their Geisha coffees, in particular, are highly prized worldwide for clarity, complexity, and floral elegance.

This lot is lot number 1058 comes from Los Alpes farm. This coffee is processed using Anaerobic Natural for 48 hours resulting in a sweet and balanced coffee. This Geisha showcases a beautiful balance of fruitiness and sugary sweetness like Grapes and Sugarcane. Very clean and very enjoyable Geisha.
