The cool conditions at this elevation allow the coffee cherries to mature slowly, creating an environment particularly suited to developing the variety’s delicate and expressive character.
Grown at Tabaco Pata and carefully processed as a washed coffee, Juanito’s SL9 shows the elegance that has made this variety increasingly exciting in Peru: floral aromatics, vibrant fruit, refined acidity, and remarkable clarity.
