Puntang Coffee Lot Hana - Cold Fermentation Natural
Puntang Coffee is finally back.
Since last year, we’ve been working closely with Kang Irwan to develop a special lot exclusively for Hana Roastery, and this year we continue that journey together. Earlier this year, Kang Irwan shared his plan to explore two new processing techniques: Carbonic Maceration and Cold Fermentation.
One of the highlight's from Puntang Coffee processing this year is Cold Fermentation. With a single red bourbon variety, we requested kang Irwan to make a special Cold Fermentation lot for us. The result is a sweet and fruity coffee, enhancing the characteristics of red bourbon itself.
When we cupped this coffee, it immediately reminding us of tropical and stonefruit like mango and apricot, followed by slightly citric and tartaric acidity like strawberry. Definitely one of the coffee that you shouldn't skip!

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
