Ribang Gayo - Natural
Ribang Gayo has long been one of our staples for espresso. This time, we wanted to explore it a little further and feature this beautiful coffee as a filter coffee as well.
We’ve been working closely with Asman for the past three to four years, building a steady relationship to source some of the best coffees from Gayo. This lot comes from his farm in Pantan Musara, an area known for its high elevation, cool climate, and fertile soil that help coffees develop a gentle sweetness and balance.
This year’s natural processed lot expresses that character beautifully. In the cup, it feels sweet and well balanced, with delicate notes of orange, grapes, and honey. Clean, comforting, and quietly expressive, a familiar coffee shown in a new way.

To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while Express shipping arrives within 2–3 business days. Please note that for deliveries outside of Java, the estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
