Sidra Tapanuli - Anaerobic Honey
Last year, we had the chance to connect with Bang Alex from Sibadak Coffee, based in Tapanuli, North Sumatra.
At his farm, he planted an Ecuadorian Sidra varietal, and the result is something truly special. The coffee shows a be
autiful complexity, with vibrant acidity coming from the varietal, while the terroir brings its own depth and character into the cup.
Processed as a honey, it carries a profile that reminds us of lemon candy, kiwi, and soft florals. Bright, expressive, yet still balanced.
As always with coffees like this, the quantity is very limited.Available while it lasts.
