Sidra Tapanuli – Supernatural | One of our IBrC Regional Selection coffees.
This year, we’re excited to once again share this beautiful and rare Ecuadorian Sidra from Bang Alex of Sibadak Coffee.
This lot is processed using the Supernatural method, an advanced take on the classic natural process designed to maximize fruit expression and sweetness. Only perfectly ripe cherries are selected before undergoing an extended, carefully controlled fermentation and a very slow drying process. Throughout drying, the cherries are stacked in thicker layers and covered to retain warmth and moisture, allowing fermentation to continue gradually while preserving clarity in the cup.
The result is a coffee with remarkable sweetness, vibrant fruit character, and a silky body, all while remaining surprisingly clean and elegant.
In the cup, we find notes of hibiscus, berries, and cane sugar. Delicate, floral, and beautifully expressive, another stunning example of how exceptional Indonesian coffee can be.

To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
