Solaku Estate - Mossto Washed
This year, we're excited to welcome Solaku Estate as one of our newest producing partners. Nestled in the Latimojong Highlands of Luwu, South Sulawesi, Solaku Estate is built around a passion for innovation, continuously exploring experimental processing methods, controlled fermentations, and unique coffee varietals to better express the potential of Indonesian coffee.
One thing that immediately caught our attention was their willingness to push boundaries while maintaining clarity and balance in the cup. This particular lot is processed using a Mossto Washed method with a blend of varietals. During fermentation, coffee mossto (the juice from coffee cherries) is reintroduced to encourage a more expressive fermentation while preserving the clean profile of a washed coffee.
The result is exactly what we look for in a single origin espresso: vibrant notes of apple and orange, supported by a rounded mouthfeel and lingering sweetness. Bright, expressive, and beautifully balanced—an espresso that keeps us coming back for another cup.

To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
