Toraja Eran Batu - Full Wash
We’re super excited to share this coffee with you.
This is Toraja Eran Batu, and for those of you who have been following us since 2020, you might remember this coffee. Back then, we were fortunate enough to secure just 5 kg of it, and we still remember how unique it was. The cup was filled with jasmine florals and a green tea-like elegance that left a lasting impression on us.
After waiting for years, we’re finally able to share Eran Batu once again. And thankfully, it did not disappoint.
Coffees from Toraja are often associated with herbaceous characteristics, but Eran Batu tells a different story. In the cup, we find beautiful jasmine-like florals, followed by sweet orange and stone fruit notes that remind us of red apple.
What fascinates us most is how all of these flavors come from a classic full washed process. No heavy fermentation, no experimental processing, just a beautiful expression of the terroir and potential of Sulawesi coffee.

The result is a coffee that feels vibrant and comforting at the same time. In the cup, you’re welcomed with red berry notes, followed by sweet banana and caramel, finishing with a gentle sweet chocolate aftertaste. Fruity, sweet, and expressive, a beautiful reflection of care, trust, and a shared journey forward.

We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
