  • To make sure you get the most flavorful experience possible, our beans are always roasted to order. Since fresh coffee needs a little time to settle, we suggest resting your bag for 2 to 3 weeks before brewing.

  • Absolutely! You can select the grind size that suits your needs from the available options.

  • Once your payment is done, we’ll process your order right away! Please allow 1–2 working days for us to prepare it before we send it off to your chosen shipping provider.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, while Express shipping arrives within 2–3 business days. Please note that for deliveries outside of Java, the estimated shipping time is 7–14 business days.

  • We accept returns on unopened coffee beans and grounds within 3 days package received. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our team immediately so we can send a replacement.
